Hawaii Online Services LLC, established in 2000, with its subsidiary HawaiiActive.com/Beach Rentals is a listing and online booking agency. All pricing and terms of vacation rental properties are determined by the individual owner or property management company, and are therefore subject to change.
50% of the rent is required to secure the reservation. The remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. We allow seven days to receive payment. No refund for cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival. For cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival, a fee of $150 or 10% of the rent, whichever is the highr of the two. A refundable security deposit of $10,000 or 10% of the rent, the higher of the two, is payable on arrival. Cancellation after issuance of a Vacation Rental Confirmation results in Forfeiture of all collected monies (excepting security deposits and cleaning fees when applicable).
